TERM & CONDITIONS
All communications regarding Tours, Travel Services, and bookings should be addressed to **Ready2Fly**.
Booking:
Upon booking confirmation, a contractual agreement is established between you and **Ready2Fly**. This contract takes effect when we confirm your tour or travel services and receive the deposit amount from you.
Payment:
A minimum deposit of **25% of the total cost** is required to secure the booking on a confirmed basis.
Balance Payment:
The remaining balance must be settled at least **15 days before the service start date**. Bookings made within **15 days of the service start date** will require full payment at the time of booking.
Note:
For **special train journeys, hotel, or resort bookings during peak seasons** (such as X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.), full payment is required at the time of booking.
Mode of Payment:
Domestic clients can make payments through the following methods:
- Online Credit Card Payment (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club)
- Online Debit Card Payment (Master, Visa, Maestro)
- Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club)
- Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft
- Bank Transfer (RTGS & NEFT)
Note:
- For credit/debit card payments, a **3% bank charge** applies.
- All payments must be free from withholding tax or deductions.
- Bank charges for remittance, if any, must be borne by the payer.
Payment Procedure:
All payments should be made in the name of **Ready2Fly**.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- After booking confirmation – **10%** of the total tour cost
- 29-21 days before departure – **20%** of the total tour cost
- 20-14 days before departure – **25%** of the total tour cost
- 13-08 days before departure – **40%** of the total tour cost
- 07-04 days before departure – **60%** of the total tour cost
- 03-00 days before departure – **100%** of the total tour cost
**Additional Notes:**
- A **minimum 10% service charge** applies even if cancellation is within permissible slabs.
- No refunds for cancellations after the tour starts.
- Special train journeys (Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, etc.) have separate cancellation policies.
- For peak seasons (20th Dec – 15th Jan), festival periods, and long weekends, **no refunds** will be granted for cancellations.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for canceled or unused services will be processed based on our cancellation policy. Refunds may take **2-4 weeks** due to banking procedures. Any applicable **bank charges will be deducted** from the refund amount.
Arrival & Departure Policy:
Check-In Timings: 1200 – 1500 Hours
**Early check-in** is subject to availability; guaranteed early check-in requires a reservation from the previous night.
Check-Out Timings: 1000 – 1200 Hours
**Late check-out** is subject to availability and additional payment.
Extra Usage of Vehicle:
The cost of **extra vehicle usage** beyond the agreed itinerary is not included and will be charged separately.
Our Liabilities & Limitations:
- Price adjustments may occur due to government-imposed changes in taxes, fuel costs, or entrance fees.
- Rates are based on prevailing hotel and airline tariffs, which may change without notice.
- **Ready2Fly** acts solely as an intermediary for hotels, airlines, and transport providers and is not liable for their service failures.
Itinerary Changes:
- Sample itineraries are subject to modification due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- **Ready2Fly** reserves the right to adjust itineraries for participant safety and comfort without refunds.
Force Majeure:
**Ready2Fly** is not liable for trip delays, cancellations, or additional expenses due to unforeseen circumstances like:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, landslides)
- Government restrictions, political unrest, or strikes
- Flight cancellations, sickness, accidents, or theft
Liability Disclaimer:
**Ready2Fly** is not responsible for loss of property, injuries, or damages caused by:
- Transportation issues, mechanical failures, or airline/hotel service failures
- Activities such as boating, scuba diving, or adventure sports
- Losses due to theft, negligence, or accidents
Travel Insurance:
**Ready2Fly** does not provide travel insurance. Clients are encouraged to secure insurance in their home country for accidents, theft, or medical emergencies.
Service Cancellation Rights:
**Ready2Fly** reserves the right to cancel services if deemed impractical for any reason. In such cases, refunds will be issued accordingly.
Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance:
All disputes shall be resolved by arbitration and will be subject to the jurisdiction of **Delhi, India**. Indian law shall govern the interpretation, construction, and enforcement of these terms and conditions.
